The following terms apply to sales on fliteless.com. Please read these terms before ordering items with us. By confirming the order, you also confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
GIVE&GET 40 is a program designed to incentivize donations for RE-USE. Too many good shoes are hidden away and not in use. We want to get reusable shoes back in the market and expand their lifecycle to the benefit of someone else and the environment. For returning customers, simply donate a lightly used, spare pair of shoes in your local recycling/donation bin and qualify for a 40% discount on any shoes – anytime at fliteless.com.
The GIVE&GET 40 program is for returning customers only as they know the product and their size. FREE SHIPPING to clients with DHL Express. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and return are through the GIVE&GET program held by the client.
GIVE&GET is based on trust.
A binding purchase agreement is created when your order is confirmed by us. From time to time, a product may be sold out before we have been able to update the stock balance information in the online store. Fliteless reserves the right to cancel your order or parts thereof if a product is out of stock. You will then be informed by an email from the Fliteless Customer Support team.
Prices in our online store are listed in USD, EUR and NOK and include VAT and taxes. All costs associated with your order appear during purchase process and are final before you make the actual payment.
All offers are valid as long as the item is in stock, or valid until the end date of any special offer.
We offer safe payments using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc). Transactions on Fliteless.com are processed using KLARNA, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Additionally, we offer VIPPS payments for Norwegian customer.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with DHL EXPRESS.
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Oslo, Norway, within one business day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Norwegian public holidays.
If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent by DHL, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR / 30 USD / 300 NOK..
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or exchange. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition. Shoes cannot be visually used in any way and packaging must be intact exactly as received.
We offer free exchange on all order, with exception of orders through GIVE&GET 40 vouchers/coupons of 40% discount. The GIVE&GET 40 program is for returning customers whom know the products and their size.
For returns use the pre-paid return label within the package and contact DHL to organise a pick-up.
The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Fliteless support team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these are possible, we will offer a refund.
Refunds usually take up to 5 days after we have registered the return. The money will automatically be returned to the same credit card as the order was charged from.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return please contact email@example.com, with information if this is a return, exchange or a claim and fill in the return form that came with your order. Once complete, place the pre-paid return label on the outside of your return package. Please contact DHL to organize a pick-up of your package.
