Returns

Currently we cannot accept staged returns for items purchased at any retail or department store.

Yes. If you have lost your original return shipping label or packing slip, you can still make a return.
Please email support@fliteless.com with your Order Number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

It can take up to two weeks for our warehouse to receive and process your return. You will receive your refund the same way you payed for your purchase.

Yes, exchanges are free! Contact customer service at support@fliteless.com for further instructions and we will help you exchange your shoes. However, purchases through the give&get program, with a 40% discount, we cannot offer free exchange. Give&Get is for returning customers whom know of the product and sizing, (part of how we can offer this deal).

In order to return a FLITELESS.com webstore order you need to fill out the physical Return Form that came with your shipment.  Follow the instructions from our physical return form. If anything is unclear, please Contact us at support@fliteless.com for further instructions.
We’d recommend that you ensure your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.

We hope you love your FLITELESS™ shoes, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 14 days of receiving the goods – so long as it is in unworn, mint condition.
Return policy details:
We offer FREE EXCHANGES within 14 days if you receive a shoe that does not fit. Send us your original order with a pre-paid label from us and we will ship you a new pair with no extra cost for you. Contact us at support@fliteless.com for further instructions.
Shipping costs of a return will not be refunded. Contact us at support@fliteless.com for further instructions.

Please note:
Items purchased at any physical brick and mortar retail store cannot be returned to our fliteless.com webstore. If you bought an item at any retail store you can return the item to that same store.
Items purchased on fliteless.com may not be returned to a physical retail store.

Shipping

When ordering within EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.

*For orders to the US VAT/Tax and duties are included in the given price for orders under $800. For orders above $800 VAT/tax and duties will be applied.

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CET.

We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified by DHL Express through SMS with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Yes, you can ship your purchased item to another address than your mailing address.
